The App may automatically collect basic device data, including:

• Device model and operating system version
• App version number
• Crash logs and diagnostic data for troubleshooting

How We Use the Information

Information collected by the App is used solely to support laundry shop operations:

• Processing and tracking customer laundry orders
• Printing receipts and order summaries
• Maintaining order history for the shop's internal records
• Improving App performance and fixing bugs

We do not use your data for advertising, marketing, or any purpose beyond operating the App.

Data Storage & Security

Order and customer data is stored locally on the tablet device running Quinns POS. We implement reasonable safeguards to protect this data from unauthorized access.

We recommend that the tablet device be kept secured (screen lock enabled) and access limited to authorized shop staff only.

While we strive to protect stored data, no system is completely secure. Use the App on trusted, secured devices.

Data Sharing & Disclosure

We do not sell, trade, or share customer or operational data with third parties, except in the following limited circumstances:

• When required by law or a valid legal request from authorities
• To protect the rights, safety, or property of the App's users or the public

Data Retention & Deletion

Order records are retained on the device for as long as the shop requires them for operational purposes. You may clear stored data directly from the App or by uninstalling it from the tablet.

Camera Permission

Quinns POS requests access to the device's camera (android.permission.CAMERA). The camera is used solely for the following purpose within the App:

• Scanning barcodes or QR codes related to order processing or item identification

We do not capture, store, or transmit any photos or images taken through the camera. Camera access is only active when explicitly triggered by a relevant in-app action.

You may deny camera permission through your device settings. Doing so may limit certain scanning features, but core order management functions will remain available.

Children's Privacy

Quinns POS is intended for use by laundry shop staff and business operators. The App is not directed at children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.
